I got teh insomnia, you know? So I make up stories in my head, but I don't really like writing, per se. A few nights ago, I made a story that's set the the Terminator universe, in the future. It was about a few soldiers we had to break into an office complex that was controlled by Skynet, initialize a communications network that overlays on Skynet, and then destroy the node that Skynet knew about.
The story... doesn't end well for the humans.
I just now realized this could almost be considered fan fiction. I feel so dirty.
Seth will be happy to know that the story in my head made heavy use of Chekhov's four seconds.
